We evaluate each part for your roof and fan, then professionally fit what is needed. A suitable hinge arrangement is essential for applicable rooftop fan cleaning—not just an optional convenience. These parts are not offered as standalone sales.

Applicable sales tax is added to parts only. Parts and any service charges are itemized in your written quote, which confirms fit, scope and the final total before acceptance.

Fan discharge adaptor $150

Directs fan runoff into the intended collection area to help keep grease from spreading across the roof.

Standard-size grease pillows placed in rooftop grease collection

Grease pillows $55 each

Our standard-size pillows collect grease where it leaves the equipment. Some locations need more than one pillow; your quote confirms quantity, placement and replacement needs.

Hinge kits $350–$500

Required access for applicable rooftop upblast-fan service. A proper hinge and hold-open arrangement lets our crew tilt and secure the fan to clean the blades and reach the upper duct, supporting applicable NFPA 96 fan-access requirements.

If that arrangement is missing or unsuitable, the affected fan and duct cleaning needs an agreed access solution first. Top-to-bottom duct cleaning also depends on the other required access points. We explain the limitation and quote any corrective work before proceeding.

Already have suitable working hinges? You may not need a new kit. We confirm the fan, existing hardware and installation scope before quoting.

GreaseBlock installation is included within approximately 100 miles of Montgomery or Birmingham, Alabama, and throughout the Columbus, Georgia area.

For work outside this included area, we quote any travel before you accept the work. There is no automatic travel surcharge.

North Alabama and Huntsville are potential future expansion areas. They are not currently served, and no opening date has been announced.

Outside this area? Any travel charge is quoted before you commit. Compact and Standard units can also be shipped within the USA by request.
