How it works

Three steps. One clear conversation.

01

Share the essentials

Choose hood cleaning, pizza-oven cleaning or both. For every hood, share a wide kitchen view and an interior view with the filters and visible grease.

02

Confirm the first scope

We review your details and photos, then confirm the work and price remotely. A routine second, quote-only visit is not part of the process.

03

Clean, then plan ahead

We agree the service visit before booking. After the first cleaning, the actual time and difficulty can inform future pricing, which is agreed before a future visit.

Real crew. Real work.

Show us your kitchen.
We’ll confirm the work.

Two photos per hood: first, take a wide photo from far enough back to show the whole hood layout and, where visible, the cooking equipment beneath it.

Then share an interior/front photo showing the filters and visible grease. An existing behind-filter photo is welcome when you have one.

Roof, fan, duct, inspection-sticker and access photos are optional extras that can help us estimate the work. Pizza-oven-only requests do not need hood photos.

Your safety matters. Use appropriate access and follow your equipment’s instructions when taking photos or reviewing the work.

Questions before booking

What operators often want to know.

How often should hood cleaning be scheduled?

NFPA 96 inspection frequencies commonly guide the conversation: monthly for solid-fuel operations; quarterly for high-volume, 24-hour, charbroil or wok cooking; semiannually for moderate-volume cooking; annually for low-volume kitchens, including many church and seasonal operations. Cleaning is needed when grease buildup calls for it, and locally adopted requirements and inspection findings control.

What photos do you need?

For each hood, send one wide photo showing the complete hood layout and cooking equipment, plus one interior/front photo showing the filters and visible grease. Roof, fan, duct, inspection-sticker and access photos are optional, and existing behind-filter photos are welcome. For an oven-only request, send the oven photos instead.

What does hood and exhaust cleaning starting at $425 cover?

Hood-only cleaning starts at $425 for the whole accessible hood, filters, ductwork and fan. We confirm the work and price from the equipment, buildup, access and agreed scope shown in your request.

Can I bundle hood and oven cleaning, or book an oven by itself?

Yes. Conveyor-oven cleaning and hood/oven bundles start at $795. We can quote a standalone oven cleaning or a combined visit, with the final price confirmed after reviewing photos.

Can I check the work after cleaning?

We welcome your inspection and questions after the service. Before-and-after photos and service documentation help explain the work completed and any corrective issues identified.

What fan access is needed for rooftop upblast fan service?

For affected rooftop upblast fans, a proper hinge and hold-open arrangement is required for our service. It lets the crew tilt and secure the fan to reach the blades and upper ductwork, supporting applicable NFPA 96 access requirements. Suitable existing hinges may already provide this access; a new kit is not automatically needed. If the arrangement is missing or unsuitable, we explain the limitation and agree corrective work before proceeding with the affected fan or duct cleaning. Complete top-to-bottom cleaning also depends on other required duct access points. See roof-service hinge details and the typical $350–$500 range.

When will you contact me?

Typically within one business day to review your request and confirm the next step for a quote.
